This Center was established at the Faculty on September 21st 1991.

Objectives of The Center:

• Conducting the studies Connected with the area of the cooperative Law studies.
• Establishing the scientific Connections between the center and the Counterpart institutions in Arab and Foreign Countries.
• Collecting the Foreign Legislations and in particular the Arab legislations as recently amended.
• Organizing an annual symposium which hosts law. Sharia and Judiciary specialists in the Arab and Foreign Countries to know the Latest Jurisprudential and Judicial trends related to the Legislations of these Countries.
• Holding Conferences which address to prcs related to the study of the Comparative Law.
• Organizing Courses and Seminars of The Comparative Law.
