Internal Committees
The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the faculty comprises four internal committees. The unit's activities are structured across six main domains, forming an integrated system for developing assessment and evaluation methods, performance evaluation, and the establishment of question banks and electronic examinations. These committees cover various educational, academic, and evaluation aspects, with their objectives outlined as follows:

1. Promoting a culture of assessment and evaluation while raising awareness of the importance of developing assessment and evaluation processes.
2. Enhancing the assessment and evaluation capabilities of faculty members.
3. Assisting in the development of student assessment mechanisms and examination processes within the faculty, ensuring the announcement and
utilization of results to improve educational outcomes through assessment and evaluation coordinators in various departments.
4. Preparing guidelines on the necessary regulations and standards to ensure the quality of assessment and evaluation processes in alignment with the faculty’s adopted academic standards.
5. Nominating faculty members and teaching assistants for training in the field of assessment and evaluation.
6. Overseeing the development and continuous updating of question banks for various courses in accordance with the intended learning outcomes and the faculty’s adopted academic standards.
7. Ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of the faculty’s evaluation and examination systems.
8. Providing technical support to the faculty in reviewing assessment methods, evaluation tools, and exam results.
9. Monitoring key indicators of student and faculty satisfaction regarding the faculty’s assessment, evaluation, and examination systems.
10. Maintaining continuous communication (preparing reports, coordinating visits, attending meetings) with the University’s Measurement and Evaluation Center.
